Availability of Travis classification.

I volunteered to check with the Colorado School of Mines Bookstore
about the availability of the Travis book. A staff member there
said that this book has not been used in classes at Mines for
several years and that the Mines Publications Office was no longer
reprinting it (or anything else, it seems).
