Type section, locality, area and/or origin of name:

East to northeast of Spechty Kopf hill in headwaters of Powell Creek, Stone Cabin Run, and East Branch of Rattling Creek, all in Lykens quadrangle, Dauphin Co., PA (Trexler and others, 1962).
