Late Cambrian to Ordovician*


Type section, locality, area and/or origin of name:

Pogonip Ridge in White Pine [Hamilton] district, about 30 mi southeast of Eureka, NV. [On Pancake Summit and Green Springs 15-min quadrangles, Pogonip Ridge of King's usage is shown as Mount Hamilton of the White Pine Range] (King, 1876).
