Not designated. Named from Opohonga Mine, in T. 10 S., R. 2 W., Utah Co., UT. Exposed from northern boundary of Tintic mining district southward to Mammoth [Eureka 7.5-min quadrangle], Juab and Utah Cos., UT (Loughlin, IN Lindgren and Loughlin, 1919).
