Type section: east wall of canyon of Middle Fork across border between NE/4 sec. 19 and SE/4 sec. 18, T. 10 S., R. 8 E., either in Utah[?] or Wasatch[?] Co., UT (Moussa, 1969).
[Discrepancy in GNU records (USGS DDS-6) concerning whether type section occurs in Utah or Wasatch Co. --unresolved.]
