Type section: Northwest corner of gravel pit north of Duginski Road, about 500 m west of the intersection of Duginski Road and old Highway 51, north of the town of Merrill, SE/4 SE/4 NW/4 sec. 1, T. 31 N., R. 6 E., Merrill 15-min quadrangle, Lincoln Co., WI (Mickelson and others, 1984).
