Exposures along South Fork Hoback River and on Lookout Mountains, T. 35 N., R. 114 and 115 W., Sublette Co., WY. Origin of name not stated by authors, but probably named from Lookout Mountain, southern Hoback Range, Sublette Co., WY (Dorr and others, 1977).
