Exposures on north wall of Leatham Hollow, for which unit is named, 3/4 mi west of Left Fork of Blacksmith Fork, in NW corner sec. 34, T. 11 N., R. 2 E., Cache Co., UT (Holland, 1952).
Principal reference section designated in Little Mile-and-a-Half Canyon, in N/2 sec. 29, T. 18 S., R. 16 W., Confusion Range, Millard Co., UT (Sandberg and others, 1980).
