Silurian to Devonian


Type section, locality, area and/or origin of name:

Discovery site is in bed of Lords Creek just outside southern limit of village of Irasburg, Orleans Co., northeastern VT.
The area exposed in Irasburg Twp. is 4 mi long and 0.5 mi wide (Richardson, 1906; Richardson, 1929).
