Not designated. Present in subsurface. Origin of name not stated by author, but probably named from Standard Oil of Texas Fasken 5 No. 1 well, Andrews Co. (near Lea Co., NM), west-central TX (Ruppel, 1993).
Reference sections (subsurface): Standard of Texas Fasken 5 No. 1 well, Andrews Co., TX; Amoco Univ. Consolidated V No. 12 well, and Amoco Univ. Consolidated VII No. 20 well, both in Fullerton field (Ruppel and Holtz, 1994).
