Late Ordovician (Ashgillian), early Silurian (Llandovery), and Middle Devonian (Eifelian? to Givetian?)*


Type section, locality, area and/or origin of name:

Named from Bluebell Mine, [near Eureka in T. 10 S., R. 2 W., Juab Co., Tintic district, central northern UT] (Loughlin, IN Lindgren and Loughlin, 1919).
