Summary:

Used in the Dewar Creek and Nelson areas, B.C., in the Northern Rocky Mountain region. Is the equivalent in the Purcell Supergroup of Canada to the Helena and Wallace Formations, the middle Belt carbonate of the Precambrian Belt Supergroup of the U.S. Is equivalent to the Siyeh Limestone of the Purcell which is used in the Whitefish Range and Fernie area, Alberta, Canada. [Siyeh abandoned in the U.S. and replaced by Helena or Wallace].
