Summary:

Pg. A14-A15, A54, A56-A57 (fig. 5). Game Refuge Formation of Harlton (1959) adopted as Game Refuge Sandstone, uppermost of five named formations of Jackfork Group. Overlies Wesley Shale of Jackfork; underlies Johns Valley Shale. Age is Early Pennsylvanian (Morrowan; Namurian C of Europe); foram zone 20 and ammonoid zone BRANNEROCERAS BRANNERI.
