Is formation in Eagle Ford Group in north-central TX. Is assigned a middle late Cenomanian (Late Cretaceous) age based on presence of the ammonite SUMITOCERAS CONLINI from a collection in Ellis Co, TX in the Ouachita tectonic belt province. Fauna places unit in SCIPONOCERAS GRACILE zone.
