Survey drillhole Lf 21-19, a few mi northeast of Lynch Heights at intersection of Thompsonville Road and Big Stone Beach Road, Milford Neck area, [approx. Lat. 38 deg. 58 min. 22 sec. N., Long. 75 deg. 24 min. 38 sec. W.], Mispillion River 7.5-min quadrangle, Kent Co., central eastern DE (Ramsey, 1993; 1997).
Named from unincorporated village of Lynch Heights, just north of Milford [on DE Highway 113, Lat. 38 deg. 57 min. 08 sec. N., Long. 75 deg. 25 min. 32 sec. W., Milford 7.5-min quadrangle, Kent Co., central eastern DE] (Ramsey, 1993; 1997).
