Not stated. Underlies about 6 sq mi in northwestern part of Mt. Barcroft quadrangle, eastern CA (Emerson, 1966).
Occurs in two small masses in northwest part of Barcroft 15-min quadrangle, White Mountains, CA (Krauskopf, 1971).
AAPG geologic province:
Sierra Nevada province
