Summary:

The Haudricks Mountain Member of the Tibbstown Formation is here named for exposures in the Barboursville basin. It consists of sandstone, quartzite, and metasiltstone pebble and cobble conglomerate interbedded with arkosic sandstone. It conformably overlies and intertongues with sandstone of the Tibbstown. The upper contacts have been removed by erosion. Thickness is at least 500 m (1,600 ft). Age is probably early Norian based on sporomorphs in gray shale of the Tibbstown.
