Summary:

Type locality: exposures in dissected south and southeast slopes of Cave Mountain, secs. 17, 18, 19, and 20, T35N, R26E, Conconully quad, Okanogan Co, WA. Composed of dark-gray, white to yellowish-gray carbonate-rich metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks. Informal members consist of metalimestone, metasiltstone, metadolomite and metalimestone, slate and metalimestone, and basaltic metavolcanic members. Is 1,300 m thick. Overlies, with probable unconformity, Anarchist Group; conformably underlies Triassic metamorphic complex of Conconully. Age is Triassic
