Not designated. First used for a small isolated mass less than 1 sq mi, north of Webster Gulch, in northwest part of Globe quadrangle, Gila Co., AZ. Origin of name not stated by author, but probably named from Willow Spring Gulch, in T. 1 S., R. 14 E., Globe quadrangle, Gila Co., AZ (Ransome, 1903).
