Not designated. However, typical exposure 0.25 mi north of Taylor River road between Jack's Cabin cut-off road and Rarick Creek, in sec. 21, T. 15 S., R. 84 W., Gunnison Co., CO. Named from exposures north of Taylor River, about 5 mi northeast of Almont, Gunnison Co., CO (Bartleson, 1972).
