W., Ahumoa 7.5-min quadrangle, Mauna Kea Forest Reserve, south slope of Mauna Kea Volcano, Hawaii Co., Island of Hawaii, HI] (Wentworth and Powers, 1941, p. 1210; Porter, 1979).
