Kaimuki spur about 1 mi north of Diamond Head [Lat. 21 deg. 16 min. 58 sec. N., Long. 157 deg. 48 min. 06 sec. W., Honolulu 7.5-min quadrangle], Island of Oahu, HI (Macdonald and Davis, IN Avias, 1956).
