Buffalo China Company's Franks and Bland Mines, in the eastern valley wall of Buffalo Creek, on the south side of GA Highway 24, approximately 8.5 mi west of Sandersville and 4 mi south of Deepstep, Washington Co., GA. Named from Buffalo Creek (Huddlestun and Hetrick, 1991).
