Type locality not stated. Occurs near Anthony Lake, Elkhorn Mountains [Grant Co.], east-central OR. Granodiorite commences in zone approx. 2.5 mi inward from contacts of Bald Mountain batholith and covers area of about 36 sq mi (Taubeneck, 1957).
