Named as lowermost member (of 4) of Willamette Formation [Silt]. Type locality designated in secs.25-26 T15S R4W near Wyatt School, Linn Co, OR. Consists of yellowish-brown channel deposits of sandy and silty alluvium. Thickness is 3 m. Unconformably overlies Diamond Hill Member (new) of Rowland Formation (new). Underlies Greenback or Irish Bend Member (both new) of Willamette Silt. Age given as late Pleistocene.
