Woonasquatucket Formation is here assigned to Harmony Complex along with underlying Absalona Formation and intrusive(?) Nipsachuck Gneiss. Described as mainly light gray, medium-grained, indistinctly foliated and layered gneiss and schist. Contains large, round grains of blue quartz and phenocrysts of microperthite.
