Unit is named the Tyee Mountain Member of the Tyee Formation. Consists of bluish-gray to gray rhythmically bedded sandstone. Thickness is about 1500 ft. Overlies the Roseburg Formation; underlies the Hubbard Creek Member of the Tyee. Age is middle Eocene. (B1520)
