[Probably named for Starr Ranch sec.19 T6S R6W, Santiago Peak 7.5' quad, Orange Co, CA]. Shown on geologic map east of Plano Trabuco, Orange Co, CA. Is member of Williams Formation. Described as nonmarine, yellowish-brown deeply weathered fanglomerate and massive conglomeratic micaceous sandstone. Overlies Ladd Formation. [Underlies] Schulz Ranch and Pleasants Sandstone Members of Williams Formation. Age given as Late Cretaceous.
