Summary:

A thin red argillite bed named the Smiths Corner Member of the Lockatong Formation occurs between black argillite members A1 and A2 in the Tohickon Creek and Delaware River sections. Thickness is 11 to 50 ft (3 to 15 m). Age is Late Triassic.
