Occupies northeast third of point of land separating Port Gravina from Sheep Bay, eastern part of Prince William Sound, southern AK. Is coarsest-grained granite of the sound. Is light gray in color. Intrudes fine-grained baked graywacke of Orca group. [Age is Mesozoic(?)].

K-Ar age on biotite yielded 51.9 Ma and on hornblende, 41.3 Ma (Plafker, George, oral commun., 1977). Age is Eocene(?) [on basis of correlation with Cedar Bay Granite which is chemically similar to Sheep Bay Granite.]
