Summary:

Shown on geologic map of Fallen Leaf Lake 15' quad, El Dorado Co, CA. Is exposed over 12 sq mi in northwest corner of quad and extends over similar area to west and north of quad. Consists of relatively fine-grained mafic minerals in hornblende-biotite granodiorite. Intrudes Camper Flat granodiorite and younger diorites and gabbros. Age given as Cretaceous.
