Pinkish-gray to light-brown and reddish-yellow sandy conglomerate and cobbly to bouldery sandstone interbedded with yellowish-red sandstone and reddish-yellow to brownish-yellow muddy sandstone. Thickness 50 m. Conformably overlies Loma Barbon Member of Arroyo Ojito Formation. Separated from overlying Ceja Formation by unconformity called Rincones paleosurface (informal; new). Age is late Miocene (Hemphillian NALMA).
