Okaloakoochee Member of Fort Thompson Formation described in Hendry Co., southern FL, as white, cream, yellow brown, and tan sand and marl. Underlies Coffee Mill Hammock Member; overlies Bermont Formation (named). Age is Pleistocene (140 to 120 ka).
[Name amended to Okaloacoochee to conform with U.S. Board on Geographic Names.]
