Summary:

Named Nada Member of Borden Formation. Consists of clayey and silty shale with minor siltstone. "The shale, which is mostly olive gray, grades into resistant limy siltstone. Nonresistant glauconitic siltstone is also common. The Member ranges from about 30 to 65 ft in thickness." Conformably underlain by Cowbell Member and conformably overlain by Renfro Member of Borden Formation. Age is Early Mississippian.
