Summary:

Name Miami Bend applied to a light-gray fine-grained STRINGOCEPHALUS-SUBRENSSELANDIA-bearing limestone. Thickness 11 to 15 ft at type section in France Stone Co. quarry, Cass Co., northwestern IN. Underlies Logansport Limestone. Overlies Silurian rocks. Previously included in Logansport. Age is Devonian (Givetian).
