[Melozi Formation is removed from Shaktolik Group due to abandonment of name Shaktolik.] "Evidence (Patton and Bickel, 1956; Bell, 1963, p.10) suggests [Melozi] is marginal facies of Kaltag Formation" which is considered Early and Late Cretaceous in age.
