Summary:

Hull Cove Member of Jamestown Formation of Conanicut Group (new). Consists mainly of cyclically-bedded green and gray phyllite with white siltstone lenses and beds. Underlies Short Point Member of Fort Burnside Formation. Contains trilobite fragments and minor ichnofossils. Thickness not stated. Age is Middle Cambrian, based on fossils.
Type locality: Hull Cove, Conanicut Island, southern Narragansett Bay, southeastern RI.
