Summary:

Named as member of Lodoga Formation (new) about 1222 m above base. Occurs along road between Lodoga and Sites, Lodoga quad, Colusa Co, CA. Shown on section of Lodoga Formation as approximately 2,000 ft thick. Described as olive-gray, thin-bedded to massive, fine-grained to granule sandstone. Underlies and overlies unnamed siltstone beds of Lodoga Formation. Is Early Cretaceous age.
