The Upper Jurassic and Cretaceous section, about 40,000 feet, consists of sequence of shale and silty shale which alternate with sequence of sandstone. Age is Late Jurassic[?] or Cretaceous[?].

Comprises Baldy Mountain Member below and Buck Island Member above. Overlies Little Valley Formation. Underlies Brophy Canyon Formation. Age is Early Cretaceous (Aptian and Albian).
