Cochran Formation of Chimneyhill subgroup [informal] of Hunton Group. Described from the Arbuckle Mountains, south-central Oklahoma. Overlies Keel Formation and underlies Prices Falls Member (new) of Clarita Formation; all included in Chimneyhill. Age is Early Silurian (Llandoverian). Report includes stratigraphic chart.
