Summary:
[Probably named for Clark Peak, Juneau district, southeastern AK.] Consists of schistose rocks derived from slate, sandstone, limestone, and conglomerate. Underlies Perseverance slate (new). Shown as oldest unit in stratigraphic section near Juneau (after Eakin and Spencer, in prep.). Age is Paleozoic with perhaps some infolded Triassic(?).
