Rusty weathering sillimanite-muscovite-biotite schist in Billerica, northeastern MA, here named Billerica Schist Member of Nashoba Formation. Schist is stratified with relict sedimentary structures. 270 m thick at type. Overlies Bellows Hill Member; underlies Spencer Brook Member. Age is pre-Silurian.
