Summary:

Named Berry Run Member of the Catskill Formation for Berry Run, Carbon Co., PA. Consists of 300 meters of cross-bedded, gray and red sandstone and siltstone. Unit overlies Sawmill Run Member and underlies Clarks Ferry Member, both of the Catskill Formation. The Berry Run is of Late Devonian age.
