Occurs on map showing quartzites that may be related to the McCaslin quartzite (first used) in WI. Mapped areal extent in Barron, Sawyer, and Rusk Cos, WI (Lake Superior region). Other quartzites shown on the map include: Baraboo, Flambeau, McCaslin, Palms, Rib Mountain, Rudolph, and Sturgeon quartzites. Age is not stated.
