Summary:

Pg. 24, 25, pl. 1. Bakersfield Greenstone (in Underhill Formation). Two main bands of greenstone present in Underhill Formation of Richford syncline; a westerly one herein named Bakersfield Greenstone and a more easterly one named Peaked Mountain Greenstone. Bakersfield Greenstone lies consistently between White Brook Member and Sweetsburg Formation but never in contact with either. Age is Cambrian.
Named from village of Bakersfield, Enosburg area, northern VT.
