Pg. 353. Aetna, from Aetna (Barber County, Kansas) is here proposed as common name for Glass Mountain and Cave Creek formations, expressing the genetic and chemical relationship between them. [In table is called Aetna cycle of precipitation of gypsum.] Present in western Oklahoma and Kansas. Age is Permian.
