Measured sections: lower part in SE/4 sec. 16, T. 16 N., R. 51 E., in NE/4 NE/4 sec. 21, T. 15 N., R. 51 E., and in NE/4 NE/4 sec. 20, T. 15 N., R. 51 E.; middle and upper parts in NE/4 sec. 20 and NW/4 sec. 21, T. 15 N., R. 51 E., northern Antelope Range, Eureka Co., NV. Named from Fenstermaker Wash, northeast and east of the northern part of the Antelope Range (Hose and others, 1982).
