Named (Foerste, 1903). Revised to member of Saluda limestone (Butts, 1915). Revised (Cumings, 1922) [From GNC index card files; not synopsized]. Revised, reduced in rank (Kepferle, 1976). Abandoned in IN (R.H. Shaver and others, 1970, Indiana Geol. Survey Bull., no. 43, 229 p.) [Not synopsized]. Overview; Age modified (Frey, 1995).
