Type Locality:
Type area: Exposed from northern part of St. Albans quadrangle, Franklin Co., VT, across international border for about 20 miles into Quebec (McGerrigle, 1931).
Unit Name History:
Named (McGerrigle, 1931). Assigned to Beekmantown group (Doll and others, 1961).
